You have urgent problems and I want to help.
I’ve partnered with institutions, systems, states, and mission-driven organizations to help build the evidence needed to inform equitable public policies. Whether your needs are small and self-contained, or you’d like to explore something bigger or less defined, let’s figure out how to build it together.
What I Can Offer
When the path forward isn’t clear, I help teams get unstuck at the intersection of evidence, policy, and practice.
I often work on well-defined, technical projects. That work is essential—and it lays the foundation for broader change. And what I’ve learned is that the value of that work depends on getting a few things right: being clear about the problem, asking the right question, working with data that are actually useful, and making sure the results can inform real decisions.
Sometimes the data you have isn’t quite aligned to the problem you’re trying to solve. Sometimes you just need a bit more technical capacity to move something forward. And sometimes you need a clearer way to show others what you’re seeing—to make the case that a problem exists and that it matters.
That’s where I tend to step in.
I help make that space more navigable, whether that means refining the question, building and running the right analysis, or shaping a clear story that connects evidence to action.
I bring technical skill, strategic thinking, and a grounded understanding of how policy and practice actually work, from systems and states to the federal landscape. I’m a collaborative, roll-up-my-sleeves partner: a critical friend who will dig in, ask hard questions, and build something useful with you.
